The Copyright Notice

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-5695-2/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown
• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-5695-2/25/$31.00 ©2025 European Union
• For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-5695-2/25/$31.00 ©2025 IEEE

IEEE PDF eXpress to Validate Papers

For the accepted paper, the camera-ready paper should be converted into a PDF file and verified for Xplore compliance by IEEE PDF eXpress. Go to https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ and convert your file to an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file or check your PDF file for IEEE Xplore compliance.

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select “New Users-Click Here”
2. Enter the following:
   • 68682X for the Conference ID
   • your email address
   • a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted

An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before a PDF is created.

Camera-ready Paper Submission

IEEE requires that an author of every published submission signs a copyright agreement. EasyChair is a vendor authorized by IEEE and BigDIA 2024 to handle copyright agreements. Once the paper has been included in the proceedings of BigDIA 2024, an email about IEEE copyright agreement will be sent to you on how to sign the agreement via EasyChair. Please sign it before camera-ready submission.

Please be reminded again that the deadline for camera-ready submissions is Oct. 10^th, 2025. Please update the file to complete the final submission of your paper at EasyChair, using the role of Proceeding Author. Looking forward to seeing you at BigDIA 2025 in Nha Trang, VietNam.

Notice: Please register and make the payment before Oct. 10^th, 2025 at https://2025.bigdia.org. An accepted paper without registration will be removed from the BigDIA 2025 proceedings to be published in the IEEE Xplore™.
